一、产品的用途和特点MACHINE APPLICATION AND FEATURES
baiyun-1.5L (1出2)半自动吹瓶机是澳门十大正规网站网址澳门十大正规网站网址设计的一种新型两步法吹瓶设备。用于PET、PP等塑料瓶坯的成型加工。可吹制形状复杂的矿泉水瓶、饮料瓶及其他包装容器。机器采用远红外旋转式加热瓶坯,锁模使用双曲臂锁模。保障了机器在高压下不胀模。本机有手动及半自动两种操作方法。具有体积小,结构合理,使用方便,安全等特点。
baiyun-1.5L (2-cavity) semi-automatic blowing machine is an advanced 2-step PET blowing equipment. It is widey used for different shaped water bottles, CSD bottles and other beverage containers with PET, PP material. Infred self-rotary heater adopted. Mould closing is with double crank, to avoid mould expension (ensure half line very thin) under high pressure. There are automatic and semi-automatic operation ways to choose. Machine is compatible, with approprite design, easy and safe to operate.
 
二、工作原理及主要结构说明WORKING THEROY AND STRUCTURE
1、工作原理WORKING THEORY
本机由吹瓶主机和加热烘箱两大部分组成。按两步法吹塑工艺,首先将PET瓶坯放入旋转式加热烘箱内加热,使其软化成弹性状态。然后放入安装在主机上的模具中进行拉伸和成型。同时通过工艺调整提高产品的抗拉强度、耐压能力和透明度。
Machine basically consists of blow unit and heater. First put the preform in the heater to be soft and flexible. Then put it in the mould on the blow unit to make bottles. Set tech. datas properly to ensure product’s tensile strength, pressure resistance and transparency.
本机合模部分由合模电磁阀、前移动板、中固定板,后移动板、合模气缸。曲臂连接移动板前后移动,开闭模具。
Mould closing part consists of mould closing solenoid valves, front moving platen, middle fixed platen, back moving platen, mould closing cylinders. The double crank is connected to the moving platen, to open and close the mould.
拉伸、吹气部分由拉伸气缸、拉伸杆、封口气缸、拉伸电磁阀,吹气电磁阀以及封口头组成。工作时由拉伸电磁阀导气推动拉伸气缸,带动拉伸杆和封口气缸,下落在已合模的模具上,封口气缸即封住瓶口。同时吹气阀通过封口头对瓶坯吹气,吹胀成型。
Stretching and blowing part consist of stretching cylinders, stretching bars, sealing cylinders, stretching solenoid valves, blowing solenoid valves and sealing blocks. When the stretching solenoid valves connected with air, they drive the stretching cylinders, stretching bars and sealing cylinders on the already closed mould, sealing cylinders seal the bottle neck. At the same time, blowing solenoid valves blow air into the preform through sealing block, to make bottles.
预热部分由电机、变频器及红外灯管等组成。工作时由变速电机带动链条自转,使瓶坯进入红外线烘箱加热。自转功能使瓶坯各部分受热均匀,从而提高产品质量。
Heater consists of motor, inventor and infred lamps. Variable speed motor drives the chains, moves the preforms into the heater. Self-rotary function ensures the preforms to be heated evenly on all directions. Thereby ensures product quality.
2、结构说明 STRUCTURE
2-1、 吹瓶部分 BLOW UNIT
-微电脑使用说明HOW TO USE PLC
baiyun-1.5L半自动吹瓶机使用以大规模集成电路为核心的微电脑控制器。该电脑具有可靠性高、体积小、操作简单、设定数据可长时间保存等特点。该控制器有手动、半自动及时间设定等功能。
Baiyun-1.5Lsemi-automatic blowing machine uses PLC control. PLC is reliable, compatible, easy handling and can store used datas for a long time. This PLC has manual, semi-automatic and time setting functions etc.
开机默认初始状态为手动控制,数码显示总合模时间值。此时按手动控制区(Manual)分别控制合模阀、拉伸封口阀、吹气阀的动作。对应的右上角的三个输出指示灯显示阀的通断状态。在手动状态下,按A/M键,进入自动控制状态。此时按一下吹瓶主机操作台板上的两个绿色启动按钮,控制器将按设定的工艺流程和时间自动完成吹瓶过程。无论在手动或半自动状态下,只要按一下SET键,控制器转入时间设定状态,手动或自动的动作不受影响。
Default setting is manual control, digital shows total mould closing time. In the MANUAL control area press buttons to control mould closing valves, stretching-sealing valves and blowing valves functions. The output indicators at the top right corner show the connection status of the valves.
Under manual control, press A/M button for automatic control. Press the 2 start switches on the blow unit, machine finishes the whole blowing process according to the data and time sets.
Press SET button under manual or automatic model, time setting page shows, which does not effect the movement under manual or automatic status.
在时间设定状态下,按时间设定区(Setting)的︽ 键或︾键,选择需要更改的时间参数,再按DATA+键或DATA-键对应的时间名称进行修改,对应的时间值将+1或-1.如此重复直至所有时间更改完成后,按ESC键退出设定状态。
On time setting page, press ︽ or ︾ in the TIME/VOLTAGE SET area, choose the time data that needs to be changed, press DATA+ or DATA- to set the time. Repeat this step until all time are set. Press ESC to leave time setting page.
按A/M键,进行手动/自动转换。
Press A/M button to choose manual/automatic control.
另外,本控制器设有输入输出信号灯,对应的行程开关或按钮接通,相应的输入信号对应输出阀动作,相应的输出指示灯亮。
In addition, machine is equipped with input and output indicator. When the correspondent stroke switch or button are connected, the input signal shows output movement from the valves, the indicator blinks.

四、 操作与调试OPERATING AND DEBUGGING
1、          模具的安装MOULD INSTALLATION
1-1、   模具前后两半分开安装的情况下:
When the two parts of mould are separated
在前移动板和中固定板上均有4排螺丝孔,用以固定模具。先将瓶模的一半(有底的部分)安装在前移动板上,使模具上部与前移动板上部相平,左右两侧与前移动板的距离相等。用压板固定后再将另一半(无底的部分)模具合上,按下“合模”键,使模板合紧,用压板固定。再检查锁模连杆是否到位(即水平),调整后移动板的调模螺栓,使锁模连杆到位,呈水平即可。
There are 4 lines of screws on the front moving platen and middle fixing platen, to fix the mould. Put one half (the half with mould bottom) of the mould on the front moving platen. Make sure the top is on the same level with the front moving platen top, and the distance between mould two sides to left and right of the front moving platen is the same. Close the other half (the half without mould bottom) of the mould. Press CLOSE MOULD button to close the mould tight, fix the mould. Check if mould lock bars are horizontal. If not, adjust the bolt o the moving platen to make lock bars horizontal.
1-2、   模具两半闭合安装的情况下:
When the two parts of mould are closed
在前固定板和中移动板上均有4排螺丝孔,用以固定模具。将瓶模有底的部分安装在前移动板上,使模具上部与前移动板上部相平,左右两侧与前固定板的距离相等。用压板固定住前模板。按下“合模”键,使模板合紧,用压板固定在中模板上。再检查锁模连杆是否到位(即水平),调整后移动板的调模螺栓,使锁模连杆到位,呈水平即可。
There are 4 lines of screws on the front moving platen and middle fixing platen, to fix the mould. Fix the whole mould on the front moving platen (with bottom part side),  Make sure the top is on the same level with the front moving platen top, and the distance between mould two sides to left and right of the front moving platen is the same. Use pressing block to fix it on the front moving platen. Press CLOSE MOULD button to close the mould tight, fix the mould on middle platen. Check if mould lock bars are horizontal. If not, adjust the bolt o the moving platen to make lock bars horizontal.
 
2、          拉伸杆调试ADJUSTMENT OF STRETCHING BAR
模具安装完成后将模具打开调整拉伸杆位置。拉伸杆必须和模具口垂直正中,要求使用游标卡尺测量以确保杆头在模具底部正中心。否则可能出现吹出的产品偏心,以及损坏模底。调整时,左右调节拉伸封口气缸固定螺栓。前后可调整机内拉伸支架后的调节螺栓。前后调整时,先放松拉伸杆和机架的连接螺栓部分。
Open the mould for stretch bar adjustment. Stretch bar has to be on the exact same vertical line of the mould neck. It is required to use callipers for this adjustment, to make sure the bar end is in the exact middle of the mould bottom. Otherwise, products can be off-center and mould bottom can be damaged. Use the bolts on stretch-sealing cylinder for left & right adjustment, the bolts at the back of the stretch frame for front & back adjustment. For front & back adjustment, loose the connecting part between stretch bar and machine frame first.
 
3、         管坯的加热方法PREFORM HEATING
接通电源,(三相四线380V,左边三根相线,右边一根零线)启动主电机开关,然后按变频器绿色按钮RUN,主电机旋转,停止按红色STOP按钮,快慢按上下键,使远红外加热器旋转到合适转述。并设定温控仪温度。根据瓶坯规格,调整加热管和瓶坯之间的距离和高度,根据生产要求选择适当的转速对加热器进行预热。当总温度接近设定温度时,调整各段加热电压,先放一支瓶坯进行试加热。判断瓶坯加热是否合适的方法是用手指压下去若呈弹性状态即可。将其置于瓶模中进行试吹。重复以上操作,直到试吹合格。然后依次放入瓶坯进行正常吹制生产。
Connect power and start main motor to move the chain on the heater and set lamp temperature. Adjust the distance and height between heating lamp and the preform, according to preform’s size. Warm up the heater with proper speed according to production requirement. When heater temperature is close to set temperature, adjust each lamp’s voltage and put one preform for trial heating. Pinch the preform with bare hand, when the preform is flexible it is heated well. Trial blow it in the mould. Repeat above step until trial blow gets good bottles. Then put enough preform for normal production.
4、         主机的调试BLOW UNIT DEBUGGING
接通主机电源,再接上空压机气源。依次按“合模”、“拉伸”、“吹气”各键,检查各动作是否运转正常,然后安装模具进行正常生产。每次按动前移动板上面的两个启动按钮(绿色),则设备会自动完成全部动作。前移动板上还有一个急停按钮,可根据情况随时停止设备工作。机顶两只压力表分别显示吹气气压和动作气压。
Connect main power and compressor air source. Press CLOSE MOULD, STRETCH, BLOWING buttons accordingly and check if each movement functions well. Install mould for normal production. Press the two start switches (green switches) on the front moving platen, machine finishes blowing process automatically. There is an emergency stop on the front moving platen, press this button, machine can be stopped anytime immediately. The two meters at the top of the machine show blowing pressure and operating pressure.

五、设备的维修与保养MACHINE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
设备的大多数故障都是由于不注意保养和缺乏经常性检查所造成的。精心的保养及经常检查,除了避免事故外,对于延长设备的使用寿命起着相当大的作用。
Most machine breakdowns are caused by careless maintenance and lack of regular check on machine. So that serious maintenance and machine check on a regular basis is very important. Apart from avoiding accident, good maintenance and regular check on machine also work efficiently to ensure a long life time of machine.
1、分水器要经常放水。Drain the filters on a regular basis.
2、油雾器加20号机械油,要经常检查,无油时要加油。
Add #20 machinery oil for oil-mist device. Check oil level regularly and add oil once the level is low.
3、经常检查按钮开关。Check all buttons and switches on a regular basis.
4、设备要保持清洁,以保护机内元件不致损伤。
Keep machine clearn to protect machine parts from damaging.
5、设备在运行过程中,如发现动作紊乱或单项动作失灵,应停机检查原因
Once machine function in disorder or single movement failure occurs, stop the machine immediately to find out the problem.
6、密封圈损坏时要及时更换。Change sealings when they are worn out.
7、移动部位要加油润滑。Luburate all moving part regularly.
8、应经常检查各部件紧螺栓有无松动。Check regularly if all bolts are tightened.
 
六、生产的基本要求及故障排除

1、          基本要求REQUIREMENT DURING OPERATING
由于瓶坯重量、壁厚不同,形状不同,再加上生产场地存在温差,所以很难有一个固定、准确的生产数据提供给客户,那么只能靠客户在实际操作过程中找出最佳的技术参数。可参考以下步骤:
Since preforms are with different weight, thickness, shape, and the working location temperature varies, there is no fixed precise datas to provide. Users have to find out the best data set during experience. Here are some recommendations:
瓶坯的加热对吹瓶质量起着至关重要的作用。一般以瓶坯加热后上、中、下各部手感呈弹性状态(不发白就能吹制)。但也要根据瓶型加热中所需电压,不能性急。预热试吹成功后,马上记下各端电压,作为下次吹制同类瓶坯的加温数据。
Preform heating is the most essencial part to product quality. As long as the heated preform is flexible on top, middle and bottom, and no white appears the preform is good. The heating lamp voltage is also importand, the user has to be patient on voltage regulator adjustment. When trial heating and blow is good, write down the datas, as reference to blow similar preforms later.

在拉伸吹塑中温度、时间对瓶体的影响最常见的有4种:

解决方法:调高加热器第1段电压,等瓶坯从烘道出来后,用手感觉其是否软硬适中。或延长延时吹气时间,直至瓶口结块现象消失为止。
Solution: Increase 1st section voltage. Pinch preform to find the best heater temperature setting.
Or decrease delay blow time, until moon shape disappears.
B、        瓶底结块(类似于月亮弯) Material piled up (moon shape) on bottle bottom
解决方法:降低加热器第1段电压,调高加热器靠近瓶坯底部段红外灯管的电压,等瓶坯出来后,用手感觉其是否软硬适中。同时降低延时吹气时间,直至瓶底结块现象消失。
Solution: Decrease 1st section voltage. Increase the voltage of the lamp close to preform bottom. Pinch preform to make sure it is heated properly.
Or decrease delay blow time, until moon shape disappears.
C、        瓶口与瓶底均出现结块现象 Material piled up on both neck and bottom
解决方法:调高瓶坯颈部段和底部段红外灯管电压,调低中段红外灯管电压,按以上方法用手感觉瓶坯软硬程度,并适当降低延时吹气时间。
Solution: Increase the voltage of the lamps which are close to preform neck and bottom. Decrease voltage of the lamps which are close to preform middle part. Pinch the preform to make sure it is heated properly.
Decrease delay blow time.
D、         吹出的产品偏心及模底损坏
Product off-center or mould bottom damaged.
解决方法:重新调整拉伸杆位置,要求使用游标卡尺测量,确保杆头在模具底部正中心。
Solution: Readjust stretch bar position. Stretch bar has to be on the exact same vertical line of the mould neck.
